None of these are required — you can submit the form with just a name and number. But if you have the details, they help us quote precisely instead of guessing.
How many tills you need
One till, five tills, or one per branch — each change affects the quote. If you're planning to expand later, tell us the target number and we'll price for both current and future scale.
How many branches
Single location vs multi-branch changes the setup significantly. If you have more than one branch, name them — we've deployed in most major Kenyan towns and can tell you what travel and installation will cost.
What you sell
Retail, pharmacy, restaurant, boutique, electronics — different verticals need different configurations. Mentioning your industry, and whether you have batch or expiry tracking needs, speeds up the quote considerably.
What you're using now
If you're currently on another POS system, tell us which one. If you're on spreadsheets or paper, tell us that too. Both change the migration and training work required — and it's easier to quote when we know the starting point.
